- Account Data: Name, work email address, and authentication credentials.
- Activity Logs: Daily work entries, tasks, project notes, timestamps, and work logs submitted by users.
- Media & Attachments: Images and document files uploaded by users as task completion proofs via Camera or Storage.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and manage daily employee work logs for your organization.
- To securely authenticate users and maintain active user sessions.
- To store attachments securely in cloud storage.
3. Data Protection & Security
All data transmitted between the app and server is encrypted using HTTPS / TLS 1.3 encryption. Access and refresh authentication tokens are stored securely in hardware-encrypted device storage.
4. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do NOT sell, trade, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers or external organizations. Your data is accessible solely within your authorized company / organization network.
5. Account Deletion & Data Erasure
Users have full right to erasure under Play Store and App Store policies. You can permanently delete your account and all associated work logs directly inside the app via Settings → Account → Delete Account, or by emailing us at info@addonshareware.com.
